Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras has released the Information Brochure and Online Application Form for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2027. Interested candidates can apply online from 27 August 2026 to 27 September 2026 without late fee. The examination is scheduled to be held on 6, 7, 13, 14, 20 and 21 February 2027.
| GATE 2027 is conducted for admission to postgraduate programmes (M.Tech / M.E. / M.Arch / Ph.D) in IITs, NITs, IISc and other participating institutes. GATE score is also used by many Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) for recruitment. A new test paper on Robotics and Automation (RA) has been introduced this year. DigiLocker verification is mandatory for all Indian candidates. |
