Bar Council of India (BCI) has released the notification for All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 22nd (XXII) 2026. Online registration started on 19 August 2026 and the last date to apply is 27 October 2026. The examination will be conducted on 29 November 2026. Law graduates who wish to obtain the Certificate of Practice can apply online.
| AIBE 22 is a mandatory examination for law graduates to get the Certificate of Practice (COP) to practice law in Indian courts. Candidates who have completed LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) from a BCI recognised university are eligible. Final year students without backlogs can also apply as per the latest guidelines. |
